Aishwarya pursued her post-graduation in Commerce from Stella Maris College, Chennai. After completing her studies, she worked as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte USI in Hyderabad. During her tenure, she was involved in various projects related to auditing and compliance for clients across several industries.

Apart from her professional experience, Aishwarya has also been an active volunteer in several non-profit organizations. She has worked with Make a Difference, an NGO that focuses on providing education to underprivileged children, and Bhumi, a youth volunteer organization that works towards the betterment of society. Additionally, Aishwarya has also volunteered with the Heartfulness Institute on its environmental initiative Forests By Heartfulness. In addition to her previous experiences, Aishwarya also co-founded the Nauka Foundation, an organization that focuses on promoting environmental sustainability and skill-development.
