Plant a forest or a garden: Deforestation and land degradation are major global challenges, with millions of hectares lost annually. (Source: WRI, Global forest review).We create mini forests, food forests, organic gardens and permaculture farms utilising Horticulture, Miyawaki and High-density plantation methods. We maintain the forest for 3 years by providing livelihood opportunities to the local community and monitor the plantation utilizing drone technology. We do not utilise any chemicals in the process or encourage monoculture. We have planted 50,000+ native trees.

Skills for the future: Rural youth face significant barriers to accessing quality education and employment opportunities, leading to skill gaps and unemployment. We bridge the digital divide and innovation gap by establishing smart learning labs and organising 21st century skills development program in rural areas. Our expert mentors equip final-year students with job-oriented and entrepreneurial skills to thrive in the modern workforce. We have trained 100+ students in rural areas through our programs and connected them to livelihood opportunities.

Employee engagement initiatives: Many companies struggle to engage their employees and foster a sense of purpose, leading to decreased productivity and employee turnover. (Source: Gallup). We engage employees through our programs or customised volunteering programs based on the requirement. We have engaged 300+ employee volunteers through our programs in sustainability, education and health.
